Following the sudden cancer diagnosis and passing of his colleague’s aunt, Hazel Potts, our Director, James Hamilton, was inspired to support a charity that provided extraordinary care during her final days.
Hazel was cared for by Dougie Mac Hospice, where she and her family were shown compassion, dignity, and unwavering support at an incredibly difficult time. After his own cancer journey, James committed to raising money each year for cancer charities and those less fortunate. With the support of his colleague, Matt Hancock, James is proud to be fundraising in Hazel’s loving memory.
James will be taking on three half marathons in 2026, including Dubai, Manchester, and the Great North Run, to support Dougie Mac and the life-changing work they do.
